Hollywood Heels Return Policy

“We want you to be happy”
If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Hollywood Heels, simply return it in its original, unworn*condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be issued a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Should you wish to exchange for a different size or color, we will be happy to do so at no charge. If you decide to exchange for a different item, then we will either charge your credit card for the difference if it is higher, or refund your credit card it is lower, and the reshipping will be on us (One exchange per transaction on us. This applies to transactions of $25.00 or higher) Please include a note with a brief explanation for the return and please indicate whether or not you want an exchange or refund. Please indicate the size, color of what you would like to receive back from us. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the time we receive your item back in our warehouse. Exchanges are made within 10 days of receipt. Please note: Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items and are unable to make an exchange in a timely manner. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and advise when the item will be available for shipment. In the case of closeout, clearance or specially priced items, these items are generally no longer available. We will advise you as such. We thank you for shopping “Hollywood Heels”, where glamour is a way of life. *Before wearing your purchase outside, please try them on a carpeted surface so as not to scuff or put wear on the soles in case they need to be returned. We will not be able to refund or exchange any worn item.
